Your local Smart Tires team is dedicated to providing the tires and services needed to keep vehicles road ready as our community faces unprecedented challenges from the spread of COVID-19.

Our shop is expected to remain open during the “Shelter In Place” order because auto service providers deliver essential goods and services to our guests who need them, including law enforcement, first responders and others in essential roles, such as doctors, nurses and grocers. While we expect to remain open, we are taking extra precautions to preserve the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers.

For your comfort and concerns, these precautions have included limiting our shop’s hours.These changes allow us to operate in different shifts to limit contact among shop teams and other employees, while still being there for you and your vehicle. In addition, we're offering zero contact service appointments, a new service option that helps keep your car running properly and personal contact limited. Thank you for your business and patience as we take new precautions for the road ahead.

We are also following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and taking a number of preventative measures, including:

• Significantly increasing the disinfection of high-touch surfaces within our shop.
• Investing in additional sanitizing products for shop employees and customers, as available.
• Encouraging personal hygiene, accompanied by additional hand washing guidance posted in the shop for guests and associates.
• Implementing a vendor screening process in accordance with CDC recommendations and limiting the number of vendors and suppliers visiting our locations to only those that are business critical.

As we navigate the COVID-19 situation, we want to reassure you that the health and wellbeing of our guests and associates is our top priority, and we are doing our part to reduce the spread of illness. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and keep you informed of any other changes to our operations.
